When you first begin working on a film, the process is a journey that can take a long time before you finally finish it. Aubry Mintz started his journey at Sheridan College in Canada and began with a film idea that he has finally completed called "Nothing to Say".
The film is a 9 minute animated story about a turtle in a zoo who does not make a sound. There's a lot more to this film to talk about without spoiling anything. Take a listen to this interview to hear what Mintz has to say and learn what it takes to make a film without giving up on it completely.
There is a part 2 to this interview which will be coming out soon about the 24 hour animation contest which Aubry Mintz started many years ago.
